Dewoitine D.130 A.E-15 by JanBoruta Dewoitine D.130 A.E-15 by JanBoruta
The Dewoitine D.130 A.E-15 was the main French starfighter throughout the first ten years of their presence in space. It is powered by two E.5 engines, giving the ship the highest speed among other nations' fighters. Compared to its technical achievemnts, the Dewoitine is powerfully armed - four Maxim machine guns mounted on the hull and a 37 mm Puteaux gun in the front.

Full name of the fighter is Dewoitine D.130 Avion d'Espace - 1915

Made today at school, on English and Religion lessons. HB mechanical pencil. Expect a Russian bomber. :)

Tom :D

I love it ,but sorry to be technical I'm confused on how the machine guns would work in space. I mean guns need air to fire cause the gases can ignite if you can't create the necessary fire. Maybe if they were fired by bullets with a small pocket of oxygen right behind the powder it would work. Sorry about that. Lovely drawing.

you should make a german starfighter based on the Albatross DV. The albatross was a sleek biplane that would look good converted for spaceflight.
