Middle of the XVIIIth century. A squadron of Royal Navy ships-of-the-line rests on an anchorage by the white cliffs near Dover. Dark clouds from Europe float over the British Isles. The stormy clouds of the Seven Years War...

2B and 4B pencils on A3 paper. Drawn in about a week, 1-2 hours a day.

Enjoy!

Statki zrobione świetnie, ale te chmury z tyłu bardziej przypominają wielkiego kamiennego grzyba :P Generalnie jest gites ;)

Very very nice work mate. You do great justice to the Royal Navy. I've got to get you to do the 61st at some point XD.

You know? Yesterday I sketched some British troops marching (inspired by a lively historical march music) and I'm going to draw it (in a month, opitmistically), but I wanted it to be set during the Seven Years War... I want the tricornes! :D

I'm not racist, I've got color television!

who did this should be a great person and he has a special gift .... just a kind of people can do this :|
*Sigh* Tricornes... never liked them much. Shako's Pith Helmets and Bearskins I like best I think. I look forward to seeing it.

Oh, and if you ever need march music... you name it, I got it XD.

Over there there's broken bones
There's only music, so that there's new ringtones
And it doesn’t take no Sherlock Holmes
To see it's a little different around here
Simply amazing stuff here mate! Only thing I find strange are the bows... but don't worry about those, I have trouble with bows as well... guess they're awkward things to draw, eh? ;)

Blimey... its been a while since I've sat down and drawn up a squadron. I should do one soon. (Perhaps for my Dream Squadron series, since everyone says I'm due for another... =P)

Wowzers. That's quite the job you did mate. Very impressive attention to detail.
